  * I've sent a letter to management and they have chosen not to respond.
  
  Christmas Day dinner...the WORST dining experience we've ever had! This would have been appalling on any given evening, but considering it was our Christmas dinner, it was shameful!
  -disorganized
  -poorly staffed
  -disgusting dirty/used water glass
  -took almost 25 minutes to have drink order taken, brought wrong wine, returned with right type, wrong brand.
  -almost an hour to take dinner order
  -appetizers ok
  -turkey dinner entree arrives almost 2hrs after we got there! What is to be turkey with sage dressing, mashed potatoes and port gravy, baby carrots, brussel sprouts and cranberry sauce, arrives as very small portion of turkey, can't find the dressing, a blob of what looked like oatmeal (actually barley risotto to be served with the salmon entree), no Brussels sprouts and a it of cranberry sauce...AND its barely warm!!
  -I find our server, let her know we have entrees that aren't what were ordered. She comes back with one small bread plate of some mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts, I inform her it's for 2 people, she brings another, no apologies.
  -we are starving so eat some of this meal, the table next to us sent their meals back because they were cold, another table had Yorkshire pudding that jumped off the plate all cracked because it as so dry!
  -none of the serving portions were consistent to on the plates
  -by now, we're just taking the dessert and rest of our wine to go
  -no management coming to see what they can do
  -no offer to take anything off the tab and THAT really made me angry! Don't get me wrong, we have no problem paying for an enjoyable meal, this was anything BUT enjoyable!!! This meal cost us $79/person, plus tax, plus wine, plus a small tip! $180+!!
  -I had joking said to my partner on the way there, as we passed Denny's, that we should go there as they looked busy!
  We really SHOULD have gone to Denny's...probably a much better meal at a fraction of the cost!
  
  STAY AWAY!!
