  I stop by frequently and enjoy the ambiance and a great light breakfast with decent service. I stopped by for breakfast this morning and ordered a latte and a breakfast sandwich. When I took a sip of the latte I had to spit it out it was so hot... beyond embarrassing it was painful. It scalded the inside of my mouth and tongue to the point where it blistered and I am still suffering at midnight. After it happened I talked to the staff, they were dismissive. I suggested that they should use a thermometer and the girl who made my drink said she had used a thermometer and had made the drink extra hot (I did not ask for that). I would suggest the management should check how the thermometer is calibrated or recommend some training about appropriate temperatures… nobody should have blisters in their mouth from a sip of coffee. This girl NEEDS training, and the staff could really use some training about how to deal with customers in situations like this. I was very disappointed with the service and their response to my situation... there was no effort to get ice or cold water. I asked the staff for the manager's card, the email bounced! NOT IMPRESSED.
