  Lan always does my nails, and I have had very good experiences with regard to wait-times, the time it takes to do my nails, and the quality of work. She is very personable and skilled. I usually walk-in at times I think they might be less busy, to avoid having to wait, as they generally only have one nail technician working. I once made an appointment and had to wait longer than normal, as I suspect they had taken a walk in before my appointment, thinking they had time. If you're looking for durability, you should choose the gel nails which come to ~$47.50 after tax instead of going for the cheaper acrylic option. These gel nails last me 3+ weeks (I get frenchies, and let them grow out).
  
  If I could make a suggestion, it would be for the whole salon team to train to be nail technicians so that they can handle greater volumes. It kind of looks bad when there are 3 ladies working in the spa but two are on their phone off to the side the whole time when they could be prepping nails/ taking other clients etc... Just my opinion!
