- Stephanie Deakin Added 2017-07-11★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I had work done by the former owners of this company, and it was done badly. By the time I realized that, the company had changed hands. Even though it wasn't his responsibility, new owner Alex willingly stepped up to make it right, and he and his tradesman, Ken, did an excellent job. Ken showed up on time, did the job well, and cleaned up after himself. Alex communicated regularly and clearly with me, and was a pleasure to deal with. I'll happily call them next time I need something done.
If you've had a bad experience with Handyman Connection in Victoria, you should know that they are under new ownership, and if my experience is anything to go by, the improvement is HUGE!
