- Nicholas Heijnen Added 2017-12-06★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in at 945 tonight to order some food. The guy at the till took my order without a problem. The manager, Jesse, saw the order on the screen in kitchen and literally yelled out “OH COME ON! That’s a bit much!” Then proceeded to storm around the kitchen making my food. He was banging things, grumbling to himself, and was visibly angry that he had to make food.
It made me feel very, very uncomfortable. He really shouldn’t be in customer service. I genuinely never want to eat at this location again, it was such a terrible experience. And this wasn’t the first time; this has happened many times.
