- Chris Tait Added 2017-12-28★ ★ ★ ★ ★Having been to De'lish, Oak Bay, on several occasions, and knowing how this jewel of a place welcomes its patrons with such lovely delicacies, it seemed a natural to turn to Mark Davies and his staff to cater a recent 100th birthday lunch to honor a very special lady. Mark is a craftsman. He helped develop a menu that was both visually appealing and wonderfully tasty. And his lemon & lavender birthday cake proved to be a crowning end to a very special lunch.
