  The owners of this shop are extremely friendly and kind. I only stopped in to buy a picture frame, but if I needed anything similar I'd go back.

  Took a family heirloom pastel art piece there to get framed. They left a hair under the glass so we had to take it back. Then we get it back and the glass is scratched. So took it back again. Now the new glass is scratched......They have poor lighting in there and can't see the imperfections in the glass. Was told we can take it back but it would be the last time. We are taking it somewhere else as we do not think they are competent. We paid $311 for the framing for stress and waste of time.
