  I got car today after repair.
  my car performs really smooth and no leaking any more.
  they fixed what is needed to be done and what i want to fix it.
  
  i had engine issue and etc ( misfiring, vibrating, leaking )
  this engine works so smoothly. there isnt noise anymore like before.
  and No more leaking.
  
  i appreciate that they worked really hard on my car.
  
  
  
  I would like to review i've never done before. but i would like to tell VCM auto service for local victoria people. i am not going to mention people's name for privacy.
  
  - they always litsen what you want. and they try to solve problem together. for sure, sometimes, there would be problem which we dont expect. but they try to give you best option.and they try hard to fix those problems together.
  i dont know about car that much. they explain anything you would like to know, even though they are busy. Also, they try to make you understand why they are doing or why this should be done.
  
  
  
  - some people would say slow service. but it is not.I have been with my bmw for 3 years. if you try to go BMW victoria without factory warranty, it takes 3 or 4 weeks to get inspection. i have 2 records for that. i am not lying. and there is a gap between you and bmw victoria service manager. i prefer to talk mechanic who cared about my car not like service manager who didnt check my car in person.(sometimes, they do. but most of case they check paper from mechanic.)
  but VCM auto doesnt take that much long to make appointment. usually 1 week, sometimes, mechanic comes out and they check your car quickly. and they give you a little tips and chat about your car. and when you go there, you will see a lot of car in end of week. even though it is really busy, they are there to help you.
  
  
  
  the cost is resonable. and very transparent. Most of stuff compared to other shops are cheaper( i dont wanna say "cheap" i will say it is not expensive.) i feel like the word of cheap is kinda poor service. VCM auto services high quality service with not expensive cost. i went some other shops i felt like they charge me alot because i didnt know about car that much.
  But when VCM auto charge you something, they explain really well why they charge this much.
  they explain what it should be done. some others charge you money on what things dont need to be done necessarily. these people in VCM auto are reliable and transparent.
  
  
  
  i just wrote down long review because i am satisfied with their service. and i hope their business go really well for future.
  and they deserve 5 of 5 stars review. they are there to help you not to take your money. that is real mechanic.
