poor business! I rented a car for one week and when i pick up the car first the guy never checked the windshield and once i returned the car, they charged me to change the windshield. Those guys are not friendly at all and the service is mediocre.

Extremely rude staff with opaque, unexplained policies. If you're looking to rent a car in Victoria, you should try your best to go anywhere else but here.
