    Working out on your own and not getting/seeing results can be very frustrating. After two years of working out on my own, I decided it was time to take the plunge and enlist a professional. Lorne offers a personalized program that focuses on helping his clients achieve their personal fitness goals and he makes every session a challenge.

    My fitness level has noticeably increased and I am more toned. More importantly, he ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. In addition, I have also been participating in a six week outdoor lunch hour bootcamp program that he has offered in the downtown core. The outdoor group sessions have been great and offer a great balance of cardio and body/free weight exercises.

    Lorne's passion and dedication to helping his clients achieve their personal fitness goals is truly inspirational. I highly recommend Lorne to anyone looking to hire a personal trainer to improve their health and well being .
