    SERVICE: staff were not knowledgeable, preoccupied, and unfriendly.
    BAKED GOODS: From Costco we were told.
    MATCHA: poorly made and rushed by the staff member.
    EXPERIENCE: We emailed the shop and received no response. This is a trend shop trying desperately hard to be high end in a field where customers are going to be knowledgeable about the product. Better off buying good matcha and making it home or going to places that with knowledgeable and friendly staff.
    SUGGESTION: Jagasilk.
