    Visited Aura waterfront restaurant at the Inn at Laurel Point. Excellent service and experience. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was relaxing. We had a rather large party, approximately 12 guests, and the staff was extremely accommodating.

    We stayed here for one night and enjoyed ourselves. Nice hotel with clean rooms in a great location with helpful, friendly staff. Our room had a great view overlooking the water. The deck was small but a good spot to watch the seaplanes take off and the Clipper sail past on its way to Seattle. The new Johnson Street bridge looks awesome at night lit up by blue lights. The restaurant Aura looks really nice and seemed popular although we didn't eat there. There is a nice walkway connecting the hotel to the waterfront and the downtown which we love. I would rate 5 stars except the beds were a bit hard for me and they charge $17 for parking which I think should be included when I'm paying $250+ a night. They do offer a valet service which I didn't use.

    Amazing location, local ownership, and food is 10/10. Was there for a series of meetings, and the food couldn't have been better. Amazing in house bakery produces French pastries, global fusion covers all the bases including lots of seafood. Choose the Erickson wing if you can, the rooms are the best in Victoria, spacious and contemporary Japanese influences.

    Good food but very small portions. Duck was perfectly cooked and the rice croquettes were quite tasty. Portion was about 4oz of duck and 2 croquettes about the size of a timbut. Served with a few seasonal veg. Desert was tasty as well but also small. For the price they charge portions should be larger.

    We stayed in room in Erickson wing, with patio with chair and lounge chair outside and view of inner harbor (glass fill width of room, with sliding patio door). Luxurious, beautiful bathroom, in King suite. Breakfast (not free) was very good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would happily stay here again if we are fortunate enough to visit Victoria in the future.
