Went to the essonat Craigflower and Tillicum in Esquimalt and have never experienced worse service.
I wanted to redeem points for gas on my ESSO key fob connected to my account and credit card and I was told that he didn’t know how to do that then when I told him to get some help he got another your person to help him who was too busy on his cell phone. He told me I now needed my original ESSO Extra card to redeem points. I told him the card and account number was on the ESSO Speed pass fob and that he should be able to give me the $20 worth of points as per the points on the account. He said come back tomorrrow.
This is the unbelievable they wouldn’t help me and just blew me off.

I intend to contact imperial oil next business day but I will suggest that the kind of rude treatment I was given should cause everyone reading this to avoid this gas station and go across the street to the Petro Canada station where. They were very helpful and gladly signed me up to Petro Points and have me a few bonus points to get started with and so I filled up there and will now take my gas business across the street.

Do not get a car wash here ever! Staff is rude and unhelpful, there policy was explained that the touchless car wash isn't affective so we can't guarantee results. Called in to resolve the issue but customer service was non existent. Supervisor was James on staff July 9th at 1135 am .I wouldnt hire this guy for 5 dollars an hr. My company will never use this service again for any of our fleet vehicles. Cheers
