  We used this company to inspect our home. The home inspector seemed rushed to get through it. He took us through all the things we found very quickly. He noted things like water sealing on the roof and electrical hazards of not having light boxes. These seemed like small and manageable costs so we went ahead with the purchase. HE FAILED TO FIND THE ASBESTOS IN THE ATTIC. It is going to cost us a FORTUNE to remove it and re-insulate! GO WITH SOMEONE THAT WILL BE MORE THOROUGH AND ADVISE YOU APPROPRIATELY.

  Tony did our initial home inspection in February 2013 prior to our purchase. He made a couple of recommendations to address moisture levels in our attics, which we followed through on. We wanted to see if these measures had been successful, and also had some questions about water intrusion into our crawl space and so Tony came back out in February of this year at no charge. Moisture levels in one attic had improved a great deal, but not enough change was seen in the other two. Tony explained the factors that are likely causing this (in our case, many, many big trees and insufficient sun on our roof) and gave us another step to take. He also gave us his assessment of the crawl space, and we're now much better educated and able to manage this issue. We appreciated Tony's approach and knowledge, and his follow up.
