PATHETIC CITY SERVICES DONT DESERVE EVEN HALF OF A STAR. Absolutely mind blowing how unprofessional and careless this corrupt city is. The minimal OPEN hours and the lack of anyone even operating phones after 4pm demonstrates who this city is set up to serve. Its clearly not working class people who need to use a lunch break or a sick day just for the chance to speak with some half informed - half apathetic city hall staff. Spineless city.
