    Got my wedding dress here! After searching all over for a particular dress I had seen online I was finally able to find it here. The ladies were very helpful and I was surprised when the one who had helped me the first time recognized me the second time I came in. I even won a 20% discount off my dress which was amazing. I highly recommend this boutique!

    My friend and I came from out of town together to each do some wedding dress shopping in Victoria - Luz was by far the best shop. Best prices. Best service. Most accommodating. Friendliest service. And of course... stunning dresses!
    We arrived without an appointment, mid-day on a Saturday and received fantastic assistance from Carol. I highly recommend this shop!

    We had a fantastic time at Luz! Our Consultant, Carol was super fun! She was considerate, didn't pressure me at all and let me 'cat walk' all over the store in the dresses to get the whole feel. All the ladies at the store were decked out in their St. Paddy's day best and the whole store had a fantastic vibe. We ended up leaving with a top three dresses, cause there were so many fantastic dresses to choose from, and smiles on our faces! Can't recommend Carol and the ladies at Luz enough! Its a walk-ins only store, but we didn't have an issue getting in - that being said it was St. Patrick's day so it may have been a particularly light day.

    Easy-going, great staff. You get to pick your own dresses from their inventory, which is nice. Of course, they'll also pull options for you too. Not as much selection as some other shops though. Good prices!

    These ladies were awesome. Not once did they try to upsell me. They were honest and passionate and easy!! I didn't need appointments but still got top notch attention and care. I went in first to browse, I already had a dress (well 2 technically. One online that didn't work for me, one I found traveling... but I was having second thoughts about it because it was very casual) and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing out on something better. Turns out I was because I found a dress there for an amazing price and it was something I never would have envisioned without going in there. They stuck to my small budget without even batting an eye.... I felt treated as a bride and not just a sale even though I was looking for something under $500.
    I went in again with 2 bridesmaids and once again had a fun and very relaxed/ comfortable experience.
    The third interaction I picked up my dress with my MOL and tried it on. Again felt really comfortable and had amazing service. Highly recommended. My friend also had a dress from them and had an equally great experience!
