    Really disappointed with the service I received with my custom wedding band. I went to go try on my new wedding band as it was in the process of being made. For weeks they had my engagement ring too, all to make sure it was all a perfect fit. Looking closely at the new band and my engagement ring I noticed a little pave diamond was missing in my engagement ring. I mentioned to the clerk thinking they removed it for a purpose, and she asked an older gentleman who works there what the story was. He came up and told me they didn't loose it, that I dropped it off like that. He was dismissive and so rude. This accusation was completely false and I cared less about the money, I was disgusted at the customer service I received. When we made the decision to use Francis Jewlers, my husband and I sat with someone at the start of the process to sketch my ring into a design with a band. And this employee had my engagement ring his hand for over 30 mins looking at it in great detail and sketching it. All of us looked at it with a loop through this process and it was 100% in perfect condition. I had actually been wearing my engagement ring for 3 years everyday with no issues whatsoever! I was told there was nothing they would do and I could pay $90 to replace the stone. Of course I paid because I wanted it fixed :( and now the claws for this new stone that was replaced catches on everything! Don't go here... I'm disgusted...run away!!
