    Excellent and Prompt service. Great location. They provide taxi fare vouchers for customers that need to commute to and from the service station. Technician was knowledgeable and followed procedure. My car had a minor coolant top up and they did a good job investigating for leaks and other issues yet returned my car within the same day. Did not try to over sell other service.

    We worked with Rex and he was easy-going, professional and ultimately found us what we were looking for In a used A3 hatchback. Unfortunately we had some minor problems on the way home, yet he had us into Their sister shop in Nanaimo the next day to have the issue resolved to our satisfaction.

    Happy with my 2003 A4 Wagon. Price and sales follow-up to fix a few minor issues were good. Unfortunately, for a recent center brake light replacement, after 4 calls to order the part, I received 0 return calls. So I went elsewhere. I surmise this happened because I no longer get my car serviced there.

    I had a great experience with Noah today! He is very professional and helpful, especially considering he just recently got hired. Would definitely recommend going to him when looking to buy a car. Overall, everyone at Audi made our process of buying a car very smooth.

    First class service across the board, you can walk In, talk to anybody in the whole dealership and get first class service.

    There is a certain level of integrity that you don’t see anymore that is seen here. I think that Starts with there GM no one I’ve ever done business with has been a straighter shooter.

    Stay on the Island, support local, know your going be taken care of here.
